In this workshop, we use the PDP dashboards to examine early momentum metrics to help institutions understand which student populations are accumulating sufficient credits to graduate on time and which populations would benefit from additional support structures.

This process is often used in institutional accreditation as evidence of quality processes and in efforts to measure and improve student learning. This workshop provides participants with an understanding of the CQI process, using the PDP to identify a challenge facing a particular student population, constructing an improvement plan, and creating a strategy to share this process and findings with institutional stakeholders to create buy-in and effect change.
