We’re sorry, our systems are unavailable while we make improvements
Our online services are temporarily unavailable while the Clearinghouse upgrades our system. This upgrade will enable us to provide improved service and performance to all our clients and users.
Service is expected to be restored at 12PM, ET, on Sunday, August 9. Please check back then.

AUG. 8-9 DOWNTIME: As part of our continued commitment to improving our service and performance, the Clearinghouse is upgrading our systems. During the upgrade, all Clearinghouse services will be unavailable from 5AM ET, on Sat., Aug. 8 through 12PM ET, on Sun., Aug. 9. There may be delays processing transcript requests and fulfilling DegreeVerify requests by institutions impacted by Coronavirus-related closures. Please check the school’s website for closure information. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist our partner institutions.
We regularly perform system maintenance for National Student Clearinghouse web applications on Sundays from 10 PM, ET - 4 AM, ET. During that time you may experience system unavailability and/or system slowness. Thank you for your patience.
