Need help identifying the services and webinars available to you?

In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

Postsecondary institutions (colleges and universities): Enrollment Reporting, Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP), Reverse Transfer, StudentTracker for Colleges and Universities, Transcript Services, Verification Services

Secondary institutions (high schools, districts, middle schools): Transcript Center*, StudentTracker for High Schools, DiplomaVerify

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee. 

We don’t currently offer live education to workforce or educational organizations. For on-demand resources, see our self-help site.

Postsecondary Clearinghouse Services

Introduction to Clearinghouse Postsecondary Services (60 minutes)
Are you new to your role or working with Clearinghouse services? Join us as we cover resources to get you started, a high-level overview of available services and processes, and how our services can work together to help your institution. For anyone who works at a college or university.

 

Enrollment Reporting

Missed one of our Enrollment Reporting webinars? Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with Title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Enrollment Reporting Part 6: G from Degree (45 minutes)
Join our presenters as they shed light on the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree process. Learn the difference between the enrollment and degree databases at the Clearinghouse as well as how G from DegreeVerify files are generated. We’ll also review the “Degree Transmission Detail” tabs on the Clearinghouse secure site, including ways to resolve students flagged on the “G Not Applied” list.

Compliance Reporting: Effectively Report Non-Required Terms for NSLDS Compliance (Summer Reporting) (60 minutes)
Join the Audit Resource Center to learn about important summer non-compulsory term Enrollment Reporting reminders to help you properly report non-compulsory term enrollment to the Clearinghouse and meet federal reporting guidelines.

Enrollment Reporting Part 7: The Lender & NSLDS SSCR Process (30 minutes)
Learn how eligible student enrollment data submitted to the Clearinghouse is integrated into the NSLDS and lender processes. We’ll also review the NSLDS reporting tab and SSCR errors.

Postsecondary Data Partnership

Using the PDP to Understand Academic Momentum: Strategies for Timely College Completion (2 hours)
Our students’ ability to earn sufficient credits per academic year is the primary indicator of timely completion. The Postsecondary Data Partnership dashboards (PDP) provide institutions with the opportunity to analyze metrics that demonstrate student academic load and credit progression. In this workshop, we use the PDP dashboards to examine early momentum metrics to help institutions understand which student populations are accumulating sufficient credits to graduate on time and which populations would benefit from additional support structures. For current PDP users who have experience with basic PDP dashboard navigation.

Understanding the Postsecondary Data Partnership Institution-Level Dashboards (90 minutes)
The Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) is a set of online dashboards that can transform how your institution understands and shares information about student success. This workshop is focused on helping those new to the PDP, or those interested in learning more about the PDP, better navigate these dashboards and use this information to improve student outcomes. For postsecondary users who are getting started with the PDP.

Using the PDP to Support a Student-Centered Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (2 hours)
This workshop provides participants with an understanding of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process, using the PDP to identify a challenge facing a particular student population, constructing an improvement plan, and creating a strategy to share this process and findings with institutional stakeholders to create buy-in and effect change. For current PDP users who have experience with basic PDP dashboard navigation.

Getting Started with StudentTracker for High Schools (45 minutes)
Are you wondering about the implementation process for StudentTracker for High Schools? Join us to learn the steps to successfully activate StudentTracker and tips for submitting your graduate files. For high schools and districts who are interested in or implementing StudentTracker for High Schools.

Submit Student Data for Your High School Class of 2025 (60 minutes)
Join us for a review of the StudentTracker for High Schools submission process. This event is driven by your questions and designed to help you get the most out of the service by starting with your file submission. Michele Gralak, the StudentTracker Product Manager, will provide a preview of StudentTracker 3.0. Join us to get a sneak peek of the dashboard and learn how to explore the visualizations and reports to uncover hidden gems of your cohorts’ postsecondary journey. For high schools and districts interested in or participating in StudentTracker for High Schools or StudentTracker 3.0.

Transcript Services Enhancements: School Reports and more! (30 minutes)
Join us to learn about our refreshed reports, how to access them in a new location, and other new enhancements we’ve made to Transcript Services. For postsecondary institutions interested in or participating in Transcript Services.

Transcript Center Overview (13 minutes)
Learn how to log in to the Transcript Center for the first time, send and retrieve transcripts, find out who is notified when a transcript is delivered, find out who to contact for questions on the Transcript Center, and more. For high schools and districts interested in or using Transcript Center.
