    In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

    *Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

    Data Stewardship & Cybersecurity: A Conversation on Trust and Security (1 hour)
    Join us for an engaging fireside chat with the National Student Clearinghouse’s Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Data & Analytics Officer as they discuss how Clearinghouse safeguards student data and supports schools through trusted data stewardship. Learn about our proven track record in security, the measures we use today to protect sensitive information, and how we’re innovating responsibly with technologies like AI. This conversation will provide schools with a clear, high-level view of how Clearinghouse ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity — now and in the future.

     

    Compliance Corner

    Compliance Corner (30 minutes)
    Come hang out with us for a relaxed, open-ended conversation — no slides, no formal agenda, and definitely no pressure. We’ll kick things off with a quick 10-minute spotlight on whatever’s top of mind for the team: enhancements, reminders, lessons learned, or anything buzzing in the world of enrollment reporting, compliance, Financial Value Transparency, and Gainful Employment.

    After that, it’s your time. Bring your questions and thoughts, or just listen in. Whether you’ve got something specific to ask or just want to hear what others are thinking, we’re here for it.

    Enrollment Reporting

    Missed one of our Enrollment Reporting webinars? Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with Title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

    Enrollment Reporting Part 4: After the Enrollment File is Processed (30 minutes)
    Learn the next steps after a file is processed and added to the Clearinghouse database, including how institutions are notified that the file has been processed and how to access the “Reject Detail Report.” We’ll also discuss the elements of the “Reject Detail Report,” common errors and how to resolve them, and the EDI Reject Report for EDI institutions.

    Enrollment Reporting Part 5: Reporting Separation Statuses (30 minutes)
    This webinar covers the importance of reporting separation statuses in a timely manner and the different ways to report them. Also covered will be reporting students who continue enrollment at your institution after completing a program.

    Mastering the FVT/GE Completers List (1 hour)
    Learn about the dynamic way in which the Clearinghouse supports your institution throughout the Completers List reporting process. This includes a show-and-tell of our secure site functionality and a walk-through of how the Clearinghouse augments your school’s data to ensure you get the credit you deserve for the graduates who completed your programs.

    Academic momentum matters — and the PDP can help you track it early. This workshop focuses on using PDP dashboards to interpret key early momentum metrics like credit load, credit progression, and credits earned—critical indicators of timely completion. You will gain the skills to turn early indicators into proactive student support and meaningful institutional change to identify students at risk of losing academic momentum, use data to inform early interventions and support strategies, and communicate findings to institutional stakeholders to drive action.     Are you wondering about the implementation process for StudentTracker for High Schools? Learn the steps to successfully activate StudentTracker and tips for submitting your graduate files. For high schools and districts who are interested in or implementing StudentTracker for High Schools.

    Your First StudentTracker for High Schools Adventure: Understand Enrollment, Retention & Completion (1 hour)
    Are you new to analyzing the StudentTracker for High Schools reports? Let’s explore your reports together. If you’re reviewing your StudentTracker reports for the first time, this session is for you! Join Michele Gralak, our product manager, as she starts with the aggregate PDF reports. Then she’ll dive into the exciting features of StudentTracker 3.0 and the three key metrics (First Enrollment, Year 1 to Year 2 Retention, and Completers). Please have your reports handy and ensure you’ve logged into StudentTracker 3.0. For new StudentTracker for High Schools clients reviewing their reports for the first time.

    How Muscatine County Unlocked the Power of Data Storytelling (1 hour)
    Mindy Hoon, Data Manager at Aligned Impact Muscatine County (AIM), wasn’t always a “data person” but now she’s a master storyteller who turns numbers into narratives that drive change. In this engaging session, Mindy shares how AIM uses StudentTracker, specifically the Analysis Ready Report, to uncover insights about student pathways. Learn how AIM combines local data, Clearinghouse reports, and community partnerships, to help educators design programs that meet students where they are and support successful transitions from high school to college and career. For high schools, districts and states interested or participating in StudentTracker for High Schools.

    Get the answers to the most frequently asked StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities questions for both basic and Premium Service. For postsecondary institutions active with StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities basic or Premium Service or institutions considering the basic or Premium Service.
