FVT/GE Reporting Made Simple

Our FVT/GE reporting solution simplifies the entire reporting process.

• Completers List. Your final list is used to calculate your institution’s debt-to-earnings and earnings premium measures. So, it’s important to get it right.
   
  The Clearinghouse solution checks that your list contains all your completers before presenting it to you for review. It also addresses discrepancies, helps you identify and confirm exclusions, and sends your updated data to NSLDS for you, including any missing students.
   
• Student Level Report. You must report student-level information for everyone who received Title IV funds while enrolled in a GE or an eligible non-GE program during the award year for your chosen FVT/GE cohort. We build your student-level file and guide you through uploading your financial aid and institutional cost data. We validate the data and present any errors to you for review and correction before we send your final approved Student Level Report to NSLDS.
   
• Program Level Report. You must also report FVT/GE program-specific information, including applicable enrollment, accreditation, licensure, and licensure exams. We build your program-level file based on data you previously provided to us via our Enrollment Reporting service.
   
  You can download the list, saving you the effort of having to identify your programs based on NSLDS’s logic. After you add any missing data and upload the updated file, we run validations on the complete dataset. We identify any errors or discrepancies needing your attention before we send your final approved Program Level Report to NSLDS.
