The National Student Clearinghouse Announces Nik Osborne as Chief Revenue Officer
HERNDON, VA – (July 20, 2026) – The National Student Clearinghouse announced today that Nik Osborne will serve as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the non-profit organization’s revenue generation. Osborne will serve as a member of the executive team reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Clearinghouse, Dr. Daniel Hae-Dong Lee.

Before joining the Clearinghouse, Osborne served as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Customer Success at Pearson Virtual Schools, where he led sales, customer success, policy, and partnership development across a large portfolio of virtual K-12 schools.
Osborne also served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations for North America Higher Education, where he developed new business models, dynamic pricing strategies, and go-to-market models such as Inclusive Access. Osborne previously worked at McGraw-Hill Education, Inc., where he led strategic partnerships and managed the US Higher Education distribution channel. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Indiana University and served as Chief of Staff for Indiana University’s Vice President for IT and CIO, where he led IT strategies and initiatives.
Osborne earned a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
