    In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

    *Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

    In this webinar, John Ramsey, the Clearinghouse’s Vice President of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer, explores how registrars can successfully navigate the balance of protecting sensitive information while preserving the academic freedom essential to teaching, learning, and research. He’ll break down the core principles of Zero Trust, discuss how they intersect with the registrar’s responsibilities and role as an academic record steward, and examine practical strategies for implementing stronger security controls without creating unnecessary friction for faculty, staff, or students.

    Are you new to your role or working with Clearinghouse services? Join us as we cover resources to get you started, a high-level overview of available services and processes, and how our services can work together to help your institution.

     

    Compliance Corner

    Compliance Corner (30 minutes)
    Come hang out with us for a relaxed, open-ended conversation — no slides, no formal agenda, and definitely no pressure. We’ll kick things off with a quick 10-minute spotlight on whatever’s top of mind for the team: enhancements, reminders, lessons learned, or anything buzzing in the world of enrollment reporting, compliance, Financial Value Transparency, and Gainful Employment.

    After that, it’s your time. Bring your questions and thoughts, or just listen in. Whether you’ve got something specific to ask or just want to hear what others are thinking, we’re here for it.

    Enrollment Reporting

For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with Title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

    Enrollment Reporting Part 5: Reporting Separation Statuses (30 minutes)
    This webinar covers the importance of reporting separation statuses in a timely manner and the different ways to report them. Also covered will be reporting students who continue enrollment at your institution after completing a program.

    Summer Enrollment Reporting: Non-Required Term Guidance for NSLDS Compliance (1 hour)

This webinar covers key reminders and federal guidance to help institutions accurately report enrollment to the Clearinghouse, support NSLDS “continuous enrollment” requirements, and avoid common summer reporting missteps.

    Audit Resource Center Spotlight: How to Report Graduated (G) Enrollment Statuses for Federal Compliance (1 hour)
    Graduated enrollment statuses are commonly reviewed during a federal financial aid audit and are a critical component of enrollment compliance reporting. Please join us to get answers to your questions about reporting best practices for Graduated (G) enrollment statuses!

    Enrollment Reporting Part 6: G from Degree (45 minutes)
    Join our presenters as they shed light on the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree process. Learn the difference between the enrollment and degree databases at the Clearinghouse as well as how G from DegreeVerify files are generated. We’ll also review the “Degree Transmission Detail” tabs on the Clearinghouse secure site, including ways to resolve students flagged on the “G Not Applied” list.
