    In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

    Secondary institutions (high schools, districts, middle schools): Transcript Center*, StudentTracker for High Schools, DiplomaVerify

    *Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

    Compliance Corner

    Compliance Corner (30 minutes)
    Come hang out with us for a relaxed, open-ended conversation — no slides, no formal agenda, and definitely no pressure. We’ll kick things off with a quick 10-minute spotlight on whatever’s top of mind for the team: enhancements, reminders, lessons learned, or anything buzzing in the world of enrollment reporting, compliance, Financial Value Transparency, and Gainful Employment.

    After that, it’s your time. Bring your questions and thoughts, or just listen in. Whether you’ve got something specific to ask or just want to hear what others are thinking, we’re here for it.

    Enrollment Reporting

    FVT/GE

    Staying on Track with FVT/GE: Updates and Action Steps (1 hour)
    Stay up to date on Financial Value Transparency (FVT) and Gainful Employment (GE) reporting with insights from the National Student Clearinghouse. In this webinar, we’ll highlight the latest available guidance and demonstrate how your institution can use the Clearinghouse FVT/GE platform to support reporting requirements.

    FVT/GE: 2026 Reporting Overview (35 minutes)
    Are you providing expertise and support this year to complete your institution’s FVT/GE reporting requirements? The reporting period begins July 1, 2026, and is due by October 1, 2026. Join us to learn about changes you can expect for this final FVT/GE reporting cycle as compared to 2024 and 2025, what resources are available, and what you can accomplish now to best position your institution for success and complete your reporting on time.

    FVT/GE: Managing your Graduated Status Reconciliation and Optimizing Your Submission Strategy (1 hour)
    As regulatory expectations evolve, institutions must balance compliance with operational efficiency. This webinar will focus on key considerations for addressing Clearinghouse’s Graduated Status Reconciliation within FVT/GE reporting and outline how optional data elements can be used to enhance your reporting strategy while minimizing administrative burden.

    Data That Moves Work Forward: MSU Denver’s Approach to Leveraging the PDP (36 minutes)
