Need help identifying the services and webinars available to you?

In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

Secondary institutions (high schools, districts, middle schools): Transcript Center*, StudentTracker for High Schools, DiplomaVerify

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee. 

We don’t currently offer live education to workforce or educational organizations. For on-demand resources, see our self-help site.

Enrollment Reporting

Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Enrollment Reporting Part 1: Understanding File Submission Types & Your Transmission Schedule (30 minutes)
We’ll cover the different file types for Enrollment Reporting, how to access your evergreen transmission schedule to check when your next file is due or edit the schedule, and the notifications related to the submission schedule.

NSLDS Requirements and Enrollment Reporting Best Practices (60 minutes)
This Audit Resource Center compliance webinar showcases the overarching NSLDS reporting requirements, Clearinghouse Enrollment Reporting service processes, and resources designed to help you meet your institution’s compliance reporting needs. We’ll include best practices that support your institution in maintaining compliant reporting and mitigating compliance risk.

Audit Resource Center Spotlight: Warning Code 1800s (75 minutes)
Warning Codes 1801-1806, 1811-1816, and 1821-1826 flag potential program-level reporting inconsistencies for school review during the Error Resolution on the Web (ERW) process. This warning code series helps identify possible discrepancies that could negatively impact a federal financial aid audit’s testing for “accuracy in reporting.” Please join us to get answers to your questions about resolving and preventing warning code 1800s!

Postsecondary Data Partnership

Understanding the Postsecondary Data Partnership Institution-Level Dashboards (90 minutes)
The Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) is a set of online dashboards that can transform how your institution understands and shares information about student success. These dashboards provide early momentum and outcomes metrics to help stakeholders advance student success and identify equity gaps. This workshop is focused on helping those new to the PDP, or those interested in learning more about the PDP, better navigate these dashboards and use this information to improve student outcomes.
