Need help identifying the services and webinars available to you?

In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

Secondary institutions (high schools, districts, middle schools): Transcript Center*, StudentTracker for High Schools, DiplomaVerify

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee. 

We don’t currently offer live education to workforce or educational organizations. For on-demand resources, see our self-help site.

Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Enrollment Reporting Part 6: G from Degree (30 minutes)
Join our presenters as they shed light on the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree process. Learn the difference between the enrollment and degree databases at the Clearinghouse as well as how G from DegreeVerify files are generated. We’ll also review the degree tabs on the Clearinghouse website, including ways to resolve students flagged on the “G Not Applied” list.

This Audit Resource Center compliance webinar showcases the overarching NSLDS reporting requirements, Clearinghouse Enrollment Reporting service processes, and resources designed to help you meet your institution’s compliance reporting needs. We’ll include best practices that support your institution in maintaining compliant reporting and mitigating compliance risk.

Explore the importance of ensuring alignment across your campus on key definitions related to federal student aid reporting.

Enrollment Reporting Part 7: The Lender & NSLDS SSCR Process (30 minutes)
Learn how eligible student enrollment data submitted to the Clearinghouse is integrated into the NSLDS and lender processes. We’ll also review the NSLDS reporting tab and SSCR errors.

Enrollment Reporting Part 1: Understanding File Submission Types & Your Transmission Schedule (30 minutes)
We’ll cover the different file types for Enrollment Reporting, how to access your evergreen transmission schedule to check when your next file is due or edit the schedule, and the notifications related to the submission schedule.

Postsecondary Data Partnership

Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) Accelerator Onboarding Course
This course prepares participants to complete the nuts and bolts of a comprehensive PDP data submission that will maximize dashboard functionality, inform better decisions, and use data to advance equity. The course content is available virtually for participants to access when it best suits their schedule and is supplemented with live sessions for real-time engagement with PDP experts.

Postsecondary Data Partnership: Prepare & Submit Your Files (45 minutes)
Learn about the general data submission process for the Postsecondary Data Partnership. We’ll also cover partial update files, including how to recertify and override them. For colleges and universities interested in or participating in the Postsecondary Data Partnership.

Understanding the Postsecondary Data Partnership Institution-Level Dashboards (90 minutes)
The Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) is a set of online dashboards that can transform how your institution understands and shares information about student success. These dashboards provide early momentum and outcomes metrics to help stakeholders advance student success and identify equity gaps. This workshop is focused on helping those new to the PDP, or those interested in learning more about the PDP, better navigate these dashboards and use this information to improve student outcomes.

Transcript Ordering: Real-Time PeopleSoft Integration (45 minutes)
Do you use PeopleSoft as your Student Information System (SIS) and are you looking for more automation in your current transcript ordering process? Join us to learn more about how you can integrate the Clearinghouse’s Transcript Service with PeopleSoft and improve your student experience. For postsecondary institutions who are interested in increasing the automation of their transcript processing and use PeopleSoft as their SIS.
