Need help identifying the services and webinars available to you?

In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

Enrollment Reporting

Missed one of our Enrollment Reporting webinars? Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Compliance Reporting: Avoiding Common Enrollment Audit (60 minutes)
Hear the common audit pain points related to Enrollment Reporting for student aid compliance and how to avoid them. Join us as we walk through compliance issues identified during a financial aid audit or program review, how to avoid repeat findings, and how to mitigate risk for future audits.

Enrollment Reporting Part 4: After the Enrollment File is Processed (30 minutes)
Learn the next steps after a file is processed and added to the Clearinghouse database, including how institutions are notified that the file has been processed and how to access the “Reject Detail Report.” We’ll also discuss the elements of the “Reject Detail Report,” common errors and how to resolve them, and the EDI Reject Report for EDI institutions.

Getting Started with StudentTracker for High Schools (45 minutes)
Are you wondering about the implementation process for StudentTracker for High Schools? Join us to learn the steps to successfully activate StudentTracker and tips for submitting your graduate files. For high schools and districts who are interested in or implementing StudentTracker for High Schools.

How Shasta Reduced Barriers to College Enrollment Success (60 minutes)
Shasta County Office of Education and Shasta College’s North State Together have partnered together to reduce the barriers to successful college enrollment at Shasta College. Join us to hear how Tara Schwerdt, School Counseling Coordinator at Shasta County Office of Education, and James Crandall, Regional Director – Data Strategies at North State Together, used data to identify and form relationships with their top colleges, identify the students who needed assistance with specific barriers, and how StudentTracker — along with other data — assisted in these results. Shasta received a Golden Bell award for their Student Matriculation Project that resulted in a 46% increase in Shasta County students enrolling at Shasta College during the fall after high school graduation. Shasta County has 55 schools and 23 districts, which are considered rural high schools. For high schools and districts who are interested in or active with StudentTracker for High Schools.

How Princeton Uses StudentTracker to Uncover Bachelor Degree Outcomes (45 minutes)
Princeton has initiated a student outcome project to track the educational credentials completed by their bachelor’s degree recipients. Join Jed Marsh, Vice Provost of Institutional Research at Princeton University, as he shares his initial findings on bachelor degree career progression learned through combining StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities data with professional placement and survey data.  For colleges and universities interested in or participating in StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities.

PDF-to-Data: Process Transcripts at the Speed of Light (60 minutes)
What if postsecondary institutions could better exchange transcript information and reduce the time it takes to manually enter PDFs or maintain OCR technology? The Clearinghouse will show you a new solution to streamline the overall management of received PDF transcripts and get to articulation in minutes instead of weeks. This webinar is open to postsecondary institutions who are interested in speeding up time to transcript articulation.

Does your institution need an easy-to-use and automated transcript and data retrieval network? Look no further!  Join the Clearinghouse to learn about ETX Plus, our free Electronic Transcript Exchange retrieval service, and how ETX Plus can support you in your transcript and data exchange needs. Our vast ETX network supports exchanging transcripts and data (PDF, PESC XML, and EDI) from over 2,100 senders and receivers from secondary, post-secondary, and educational organizations which is still growing. We will also talk about the exciting new and upcoming enhancements, such as API automation and PDF-to-Data conversion features!
