COVID-19 has had an enormous impact on education. To help you better understand how your graduates have been affected, the National Student Clearinghouse will provide a preliminary look at fall 2020 college enrollments as part of a special COVID-19 StudentTracker for High Schools fall run this September — and we need your help

If you are a StudentTracker for High Schools participant, please submit your 2019-2020 high school graduate records by September 4, 2020, to ensure your graduates are included in our special COVID-19 report.

Submitting your recent high school graduates file now will help the Clearinghouse provide you with an early look at COVID-19’s impact on the fall enrollment of your high school graduates.

You’ll be able to study COVID-19’s effect on:

  • Second-year persistence percentages
  • First college attended, including summer melt/changes (if available)
  • Impact by demographics (i.e., gender, race/ethnicity, economic disadvantage), if these elements are submitted

If you already submitted your 2020 graduates, please disregard this message and stay tuned to learn when your COVID/preliminary look fall report will be available for download. Please note: 2019-2020 high school graduate records will not be returned as part of the mid-August StudentTracker for High Schools summer run.

For help submitting your graduates file, please read our FAQs on the special September effective date and see our resources below.
