Meet Brad Hill Who Helps Education Organizations Pursue their Mission

Brad Hill, who has been with the Clearinghouse since 2017, has a unique understanding of enrollment data, how it is processed, and how it is effective for StudentTracker subscribers. Discover more about Brad and how he can help your organization.

How long have you been at the Clearinghouse and what is your role?

Since joining the Clearinghouse in 2017, I have served both the postsecondary and mission-driven communities in different capacities. First in helping postsecondary institutions with adoption and use of Clearinghouse service offerings, and now, I work with mission-driven organizations to understand their students’ behavior in the postsecondary world.

I also help our StudentTracker subscribers with anything they may encounter when using the service. From invoicing and renewal efforts to general “Can we do this?” inquires, I may be active with multiple organizations who have varying initiatives at any given time.

What is best part of your role?

Hearing from our customers and the different ways they use the service to inform their strategy. Like many of our StudentTracker users, we are also a non-profit organization, so getting involved with the community of subscribers and finding/sharing innovative ways the service can be used is very much an exciting part of this role.

What does a typical day look like to you?

One of the exciting aspects of this role is that every day is different. When I am not visiting with our current education organizations, I am often introducing our services to other mission-driven organizations as well as managing some of our existing partnerships. I continue to actively work with multiple departments internally to see where there may be opportunities to improve our processes and ultimately enhance the customer experience.

What’s most important to you about serving organizations with Education Insights?

Especially with today’s environment everyone is trying to find creative ways to do more with less. The services we provide through Education Insights allows organizations to see how their initiatives affect the outcomes of their students in a reliable and timely way. Because our customers are able to receive consistent, repeatable reports from us, they can correlate that data with their programs and calibrate their approach to create the most impactful results.

What is one thing that you wish all your clients knew?

Your feedback is very important to us and we encourage you to give it! Although you may not see it, we have coordinated staff across the Clearinghouse to support your use of our services. Through every interaction you have with us, there is a staff member who is there to support you. Any recommendations you have for the service or for the Clearinghouse in general, we are eager to receive them so please share!
