Kathryn Pearlman: Typically, the Clearinghouse’s implementation team takes new users live on DiplomaVerify within 10 business days, although it is often faster in practice. All the school, district, or state would need to do is sign a short addendum to their StudentTracker contract. No additional data or material is required, which is why the turnaround is rapid. There is no cost to the schools and no charge to the graduates for diploma verifications.
