What information is included in the detail file? The detail report is one of three components of your base STCU reports package. It provides postsecondary information the Clearinghouse was able to return on the students submitted in your request file based on your search variables. The information in the detail report can be categorized into three sections: student information, enrollment information and credential information. Granular degree information is included when available for school requesters who participate with DegreeVerify or DV. Each row of the report contains information on one postsecondary term or one credential. Therefore, the detail report may contain multiple records or rows for a particular student. You will not receive enrollment and degree information in the same row. Instead, such information will be broken out into separate rows. You can find more in-depth information in the StudentTracker detail report guide online.
