Why do I sometimes get multiple graduated records with different dates for the same student? Some institutions report different award dates for a credential in their enrollment reporting and DegreeVerify submissions. This usually happens when graduate enrollment files reflect the end of term date and degree files reflect the date degrees were conferred.
