Next, log in with your Application Credentials.
Here is the landing page of the PDP Interface. The hyperlink on the Submission Number will only be available if there is an error contained within the file. Click on the submission number to go to the Error Resolution Report.
This is the error resolution report. It is important to read through the Error Message and Proposed Solution fields carefully. Here is an example of an Invalid Record Type error in the Column Header Record. This means that the field “CH1” was populated incorrectly. If you receive the same error message for another record, such as the Header Record, Detail Record or the Trailer Record, check that the “Record Type” field was populated exactly as shown in the Submission Guide.
In the Header Record, the “Record Type” field identifies the file type. You must populate DCE01 to indicate the Cohort file, DCE02 to indicate the Course file, or DCE03 to indicate the Financial Aid file. In the Detail Record, the record type field must always be populated with D1. D1 is used to differentiate between the header and trailer records and the student detail records. In the Trailer Record, the record type field must always be populated with T1. T1 identifies where the data ends in a file.
