PDP File Correction Exercise
Help Hometown University correct the errors and warnings in its PDP data files by reviewing the all Course Cohort Errors Warnings List file. To resolve the errors, select Cohort or Course, edit the text for that file, and click Save & Submit. Errors for both file types are listed below and remain until you resolve them.
This exercise is intended for you to practice with common errors. If you make additional errors like deleting a student row, it will not validate it.

Course and Cohort Error Warning List
Exercise Instructions:
- For “Rows in file do not match row count in trailer,” review the total number of rows in the file. The line number provides a hint for the expected total.
- For the Street Line 1 error, review the detail row identified by the line number. Add a street number or enter the appropriate permitted value
- For the column header error, check for fields written in all capital letters and for extra spaces. There are three header issues to resolve.
- For the course-file header error, check that all required commas are present.
