For FVT/GE reporting year 2026, FSA advised institutions can choose to “early-implement” STATS. Some student-level reporting data fields are optional and may be left blank. Warning codes 5151-5156 relate to fields FSA advised are optional to populate. Optional fields intentionally submitted with a blank value are for your institution to only acknowledge the warning. Otherwise, if data is populated in an optional field, it must be a valid value.
