Learn how to upload a file using the Clearinghouse’s secure FTP site.

This session is intended for secondary institutions active with Transcript Center.

The best way to upload transcripts to the Transcript Center is to upload your file via the secure FTP account.

To log in, go to www.studentclearinghouse.org and select FTP Login. You will be directed to the FTP sign-in page. Enter the username and password and then click Sign On.

Upload your completed file via the Upload button. Click browse and select the file from where you saved it on your computer. Select Open. And then press upload.

The Logs feature of your FTP account shows and verifies that we received your File.

To use the log, click on the Logs link.

All activities will display. Once your file has successfully uploaded, all individuals on the FTP account’s notification list will also receive a confirmation e-mail. These same users will also be notified if there are issues preventing a file from being processed.
