Notice that the reject ability is available for certain files and this includes data files that were submitted and have passed validations as seen by the data status of past as well as certain data files that have failed data quality checks and those will have a status of data quality failed. You will have the ability to reject those as well. will exclude that file from recording consideration. You will receive a prompt which wants you to take note that once you reject, the only way to have the file considered after all is to resubmit it via the traditional method via the FTP mailbox. So in this case, I'm going to say yes on the acknowledgement prompt. The data status of the file now says rejected. I'm going to refresh my data table using the search button. and the data status remains. Again, you'll notice that for certain statuses, for example, data quality passed or if a file has been archived, you will not be able to reject them because the files have already been processed in the system.
