In this lesson you will learn to view and change your future transmission schedule.
Welcome to the Enrollment Transmission tutorial. Today you will learn how to update your future transmission schedule for the enrollment files you send to the Clearinghouse.
From the Enrollment Reporting page, select the Create or Edit Transmission schedule link.
Here you will see your transmission schedule to the Clearinghouse. Please make sure your schedule reflects the academic terms you use which is displayed in the school type field. Are you on the semester system? Quarter system? Or perhaps some other term format?
You can do a number of things on the transmission schedule page. You can add a term. You can adjust your submission dates for upcoming submissions, adjust your term dates as well as adding additional transmissions. Please note: If your institution has a transmission with a date in the past, please reach out to our data excellence and operations team to further assist you in updating your transmission schedule.
For the fields that are highlighted in grey, which are as follows transmission type, these fields are unavailable for update on this page.
Once you have completed making your adjustments to your submission schedule, you may select the Preview button.
On the preview transmission page, you may see your adjustments reflected here. Select the submit button to save your changes.
On the transmission schedule page, you can also view instructions or a printable version of the schedule if you select the printable page link.
You'll see a more printer-friendly version of your transmission schedule. Please note if your institution has already submitted the first of term submission please reach out to our data excellence and operations team to further assist you in updating your transmission schedule.
