Let's go over FVT/GE reporting award year 2024 to 2025. You will need to finish working on the 2024 student level report and program level report before starting the 2025 reporting. Once the initial reporting year data has been submitted to NSLDS, you only need to do the most recent award year, award year 2024 to 2025. To access year 2025 reporting, on the FVT/GE reporting dashboard above the before you begin section, there is a reporting year dropdown. Select 2025. Once selected, the 2024 to 2025 award year is included in the name of each report tile. In the before you begin section for qualifying graduate programs, QGP data will reflect any updates made in the 2024 reporting year and only updates to QGPs added or removed will need to be made in reporting year 2025. The process to complete FVT/GE reporting for subsequent years is the same except it's only one award year. For the student level report or SLR and the program level report or PLR, you'll generate files, add additional data, upload the file back to us, go through data correction, review and submit the file to NSLDS, then address any additional errors presented by NSLDS. The SLR will need to be completed before working the PLR and the SLR will need to be accepted and sent to NSLDS before the PLR can be sent to NSLDS. That's a highlevel overview of reporting year 2025. If you have questions or need assistance, reach out to us.
