Error Resolution on the Web (ERW) Export Functionality

The Clearinghouse is pleased to announce an enhancement that will allow school users to export the list of errors and warnings associated with their current enrollment file submission from our secure site’s Error Resolution on the Web (ERW) page. The lists can be saved for auditing purposes or used to update your school’s student information system.

The report separates errors and warnings into two different tabs:

• Errors are grouped by error code and individual student data is listed on separate rows
• Warnings are grouped by warning code and each student/warning combination is listed on a separate row

Users can download a summary and audit trail of current errors and warnings as they work through the Error Resolution on the Web process. In addition, once all errors are resolved and warnings reviewed, a final summary report can be printed for your audit history records.
