The National Student Clearinghouse announced today that V. He recently retired after working 30 years at his alma mater, The University of Texas at Austin, in various roles.
With an extensive background in software development and design, Stanfield will work with the Clearinghouse’s executive leadership team and staff in supporting the evolution of current products and services. He will also help drive the scalability of new national initiatives to advance the Clearinghouse’s mission of access to its trusted services. “I’m excited about joining the National Student Clearinghouse to continue making a significant impact in education, beyond my wonderful career at UT-Austin, and at such a critical time for the benefit of students and society,” said V. Shelby Stanfield. “Because I’ve worked so closely with the Clearinghouse as a board member and advisor, it’s an honor to now help implement the vision of the Board, in concert with the executives and staff members who I have known for many years.”
