StudentTracker Premium Service: A Robust Suite of New Research Tools

You may have StudentTracker® for Colleges & Universities through the National Student Clearinghouse, the only nationwide source of college enrollment and credential data. Through StudentTracker, you can query student data submitted by our participating institutions to perform many types of educational research and analyses — quickly, easily and affordably. But have you seen our StudentTracker Premium Service?

Premium Service adds a robust suite of research tools to your standard StudentTracker subscription, including:

Ability to Re-Run Files: Reduces the burden on institutions to track, store and repeatedly upload student files that are run on a regular basis. Results are based on the most current enrollment and degree information.

Analysis-Ready Report: Transforms the detail file into a “wide file” with one row per student, making analysis of student outcomes easier. The report includes information on two- and four-year institution enrollment, enrollment patterns, credential completion, and persistence and retention.

Research Reports for Your School: Institution-specific version of national Signature and Snapshot reports published by the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. Reports include six-year credential completion rates, second-year persistence and retention rates, and data on students who transferred from a community college to a four-year institution. Here is a sample chart from the Premium Service “Tracking Transfer” report for a two-year college.

Contact your Regional Director for more information on StudentTracker Premium, to see sample reports and visualizations, and review eligibility requirements.
