Introducing Our Newest Transcript Service: Third-Party Ordering for Admissions

Ordering transcripts directly saves time and work for admissions personnel by eliminating the need to follow up with students to ensure transcripts are correctly received so the application or admissions process can be completed. Transcripts can be ordered by authorized admissions personnel, who have a signed student consent meeting the FERPA consent requirements, via our secure site in just three steps! Users can also log in to retrieve transcripts, track order status, and access reports of their completed requests at any time.

• Electronic transcripts are securely delivered to the admissions office via the Clearinghouse’s secure exchange network, ETX Plus, where they can be quickly and easily downloaded. (If the admissions office already uses our Electronic Transcript Exchange network, they can be migrated to our more user-friendly version, ETX Plus.)
• Printed transcripts are sent to the address designated by the admissions office by the sending institution or our print fulfillment service, SecurePrint℠ (if the sender participates), ensuring transcripts are directed where they need to go.
