In the title, most of our webinars have the service line listed before the focus of the webinar so it’s easy for you to identify what’s relevant to your institution or organization. Research and non-service specific web events, except where noted, are open to anyone interested.

*Transcript Center is based on state-level agreements and is currently open to schools in Wyoming and Tennessee.

Enrollment Reporting

Join us for an encore presentation. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online Enrollment Reporting updates to the Clearinghouse, including staff members in the registrar, enrollment services, financial aid, institution compliance, and institutional effectiveness (those who work with title IV student aid compliance) offices of postsecondary institutions.

Compliance Reporting: Effectively Report Non-Required Terms for NSLDS Compliance (Summer Reporting) (60 minutes)
Join the Audit Resource Center to learn about important summer non-compulsory term Enrollment Reporting reminders to help you properly report non-compulsory term enrollment to the Clearinghouse and meet federal reporting guidelines.

Enrollment Reporting Part 5: Reporting Separation Statuses (30 minutes)
This webinar covers the importance of reporting separation statuses in a timely manner and the different ways to report them. Also covered will be reporting students who continue enrollment at your institution after completing a program.

Compliance Cohesion: Collaboration Across Campus (60 minutes)
Explore the importance of ensuring alignment across your campus on key definitions related to federal student aid reporting. In this webinar, we’ll explore the importance of having Financial Aid and the Registrar/Enrollment Office work together to create consistent reporting for financial aid and federal student aid reporting requirements.

Enrollment Reporting Part 6: G from Degree (30 minutes)
Join our presenters as they shed light on the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree process. Learn the difference between the enrollment and degree databases at the Clearinghouse as well as how G from DegreeVerify files are generated. We’ll also review the Degree Tabs on the Clearinghouse website including ways to resolve students flagged on the G Not Applied list.

Leverage StudentTracker for Colleges and Universities to Understand Transfer Data and Evaluate Programs (60 minutes)
The College of Southern Maryland is a public, regional community college focused on helping its students and community meet the challenges of individual, social, and global change. Join Jacqui Rogers-Frere, the Interim Assistant Registrar at the College of Southern Maryland, to hear about the unique way her office uses StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities to gather transfer data on diverse populations. Jacqui will describe how her campus uses this data to help make decisions on whether certain programs are helping the populations they were designed to aid. In addition, she will talk about how they use this information in curriculum development efforts. Getting Started with StudentTracker for High Schools (45 minutes)
Are you wondering about the implementation process for StudentTracker for High Schools? Join us to learn the steps to successfully activate the StudentTracker service and tips for submitting your graduate files. For high schools and districts who are interested in or implementing StudentTracker for High Schools.


Transcript Services: Third-Party Ordering for Registrars Batch or API Ordering (30 minutes)
Join us to learn about the batch and API ordering features available in Third-Party Ordering for Registrars, which allows you to place batch transcript orders on behalf of students. For postsecondary institutions interested in or using Transcript Services.


How is enrollment changing in fall 2022? (60 minutes)
Dr. Doug Shapiro, Executive Director of the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center, will join Bryan Alexander on the Future Trends Forum to share the Research Center’s latest research.
