The National Student Clearinghouse is celebrating 25 years of nonprofit service to education this year and we want to THANK YOU for making it possible!
As part of our continuing 25th anniversary celebration, the Clearinghouse is kicking off the fall season with a full lineup of new services, events, and more coming your way this academic year, including:
Expanded Client Services Team
The Clearinghouse has expanded our Client Services team, adding more Regional Directors to better serve our clients. As a result, a number of our Regional Director and Client Relationship Manager territory assignments have been changed, you can view your Client Services team’s contact information online. Please feel free to contact your new team members to discuss new services or if you have any questions regarding your existing services.
The Next Generation Transcript Experience
This fall, ordering transcripts will be faster and easier than ever when the Clearinghouse launches the Next Generation Transcript Experience. Our touch-friendly interface is built for mobile users and is up to 50% faster than existing ordering solutions. If you already participate in Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering, watch for information on transitioning to our new ordering solution. If you don’t participate, now is a great time to talk to your Clearinghouse Rep about our Transcript Services, including our new ordering solution.
StudentTracker Premium Service
For a single flat fee, Premium Service can transform the understanding of student pathways and outcomes across your campus. Using Premium Service’s robust tools, like data visualization and analysis-ready reports, you can expand the power of our StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities service institution wide to deliver insights unavailable anywhere else.
New Clearinghouse Web Sites
We’ve redesigned the Clearinghouse web site, studentclearinghouse.org, to provide a more engaging user experience and show how Clearinghouse services support the learner’s journey across the K-20 to workforce continuum. We’ve also redesigned our Research Center site, nscresearchcenter.org, making it easy for you to search our large library of reports by topic, publication year, scope, or a combination of custom filters. And, just in time for back to school, our new AcademicPerks.org site enables your students to easily access student-exclusive savings – vetted by the Clearinghouse – from across the web.
Over 150 Live In-Person and Online Events
The Clearinghouse has a full schedule of new events – more than 150 — to share with you this academic year. More events will be added throughout the year, so make sure you bookmark our events calendar and check back often.
Continual Compliance Reporting Improvements
We recently introduced a number of new compliance reporting enhancements (such as five-point matching), new resources (like how to report graduate status), and training to help you stay in compliance. To stay up-to-date on our latest compliance information, subscribe to our Compliance Central blog.
The Clearinghouse’s 25th Anniversary Sweepstakes
