This year’s AACRAO Annual Meeting on March 29 through April 1 is making history as the organization’s first virtual annual meeting. And the National Student Clearinghouse will be there in full force with a line-up of presentations, sponsorships, and events to help you get the most of this year’s meeting.

Watch for an invitation to the Clearinghouse virtual networking event on Tuesday, March 30, 4:45-5:30 pm, ET, starring: “Cyber-Mentalist” Colin Cloud! Colin has astonished audiences worldwide with his appearances on America’s Got Talent and popular stage shows. Stay to the end of the event, and you may also win an Amazon gift card.   • Redefining Your Clearinghouse Experience: The Future Data Reporting Group
    Monday, March 29, 2:00-2:50 pm, ET
    Learn how the Future Data Reporting Group, a group of school users, is working with the Clearinghouse to redefine the school user experience with our secure site and services. You’ll hear how critical feedback from this dynamic focus group is driving enhancements to our enrollment and compliance reporting service, including providing a better secure site experience, improving error resolution processes, and streamlining site navigation. We’ll also share our exciting line up of current projects, such as simplifying how schools provide student updates, developing functionality to address newly emerging student reporting requirements, and creating a dynamic enrollment and compliance reporting dashboard.
  • Myhub: Supporting the Future of Learner Data
    Tuesday, March 30, 11:00-11:50 am, ET
    The Clearinghouse has been on the bleeding edge of Comprehensive Learner Record, skills, and blockchain pilots and projects to support learner mobility, career readiness, and credential exchange. Join us for an interactive discussion pertaining to pilot participation, data standards (such as Comprehensive Learner Record and Open Badges 2.0), and exchange use cases. A demonstration of Myhub and the functionality built for the White House American Workforce Policy Advisory Board will be included.
  • COVID-19’s Impact on Spring 2021 Postsecondary Enrollment
    Wednesday, March 31, 11-11:50 am, ET
    In this session, we will take a deep dive into how COVID-19 is affecting higher education enrollment this spring using data collected by the National Student Clearinghouse. The pandemic’s differential impacts across institution types and student groups will be addressed, comparing enrollment during the current spring term to the previous two years. Drawing on these findings, implications for the future will be discussed.
