What are the delivery timeframes for mailed transcripts?

Below are the mail delivery times after order status is “Transcript Sent.”

Not Guaranteed – Transcripts are delivered via regular First-Class US mail and are not tracked to the delivery of the address.
Mail/United States:
College/University or Organization

5-15 Business Days

After 20 Calendar Days

Not Guaranteed – Many schools and organizations ask that requestors allow additional time after receipt of the transcript for it to be delivered, processed, and acknowledged as received by the correct department. Delivery is not tracked to the final address.
Mail/International

4-6 Weeks

After 45 Calendar Days

Not Guaranteed and No Tracking Available – Delivered via regular First-Class mail.
Certified Mail/United States

5-10 Business Days

After 15 Calendar Days

Sent via First Class US Mail (regular mail) with a tracking number. The recipient is required to sign for the package when it is delivered. The transcript will NOT be delivered if there is no one to sign for the package. The recipient can go to the local post office or wait until the mail carrier attempts delivery again.
