Did you know that the Clearinghouse offers four options for reporting your students’ graduated status? Our newest resource offers a look at how you can report the graduated status of students at the campus and/or program level. You’ll also learn the reasons why the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree service (aka G from DV) may not have updated the status of a student to “Graduated.”
G from Degree is a no-cost add on to our free DegreeVerify service that may help simplify graduated status reporting. Schools send the Clearinghouse a degree file, which is loaded into our degree verification database. When the degree file is loaded into our degree verification database, we create a file of graduation records, based upon the degree records submitted, for students who meet the conditions.
Check out our new resource, “How to Report a Student as Graduated at the Campus or Program Level,” now.
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Clearinghouse at 703.742.4200 (select options #7, #2) or service@studentclearinghouse.org.
