​Through Myhub, your students can obtain Good Student Discount and/or Advanced Registration certificates online 24/7 at no charge, eliminating the need to contact your registrar’s office.

Good Student Discount Certificates

Now more than ever, students want — and need — to take advantage of the money-saving opportunities available to them from companies offering good student discounts. This option is available to participating Myhub schools that include a Good Student Discount flag in the enrollment data they report to the Clearinghouse. The flag indicates an individual student’s eligibility for good student discounts based on academic performance, as determined by the school. Only students who you have determined are eligible can print a Good Student Discount certificate.

Advanced Registration Certificates

You can also use the Myhub platform to offer your students the convenience of producing advanced registration certificates for computer software discounts, housing verifications, and other student service providers at no charge. This service frees your staff from performing pre-enrollment verifications.

Through our Advanced Registration reporting option, you can submit records of students who have pre-registered for an upcoming term using the same extract program you use for your regular Enrollment Reporting submissions. New records can be submitted as often as you like. Advanced registration data is available for verification through Myhub until the first day of the term.
