Event Details

This session focuses on working with columns using mutate() and case_when(). How to choose exactly the rows of data you want, including handling NA values. Example converts grades to grade points, joins first and last name, modifies a course subject code.

In Spring 2022, Furman University is hosting ThIRsdays, a weekly 30-min forum at 3:30 pm, ET to learn how to automate common IR tasks. Details can be found on the community’s web forum here, including a statement of purpose and schedule through February.

There is no cost or obligation, and no prior experience with scripting is needed.
