¹ State sales tax for the following states may apply: New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and West Virginia. Sales tax will be charged for Texas effective 3/1/2013, South Dakota and Ohio effective 3/15/13, and West Virginia effective 4/15/2013. Sales tax dates for other states will be published as they become effective.

³ Exclusive means that the requestor agrees not to submit degree verification requests directly to any participating DegreeVerify educational institution whose records can be obtained through the Clearinghouse and, therefore, will pay the lower rate for verifications.
