Prior Enrollments for Pending Admissions Inquiry

 

A requesting institution can use this screen to verify an applicant’s assertions regarding previous attendance at other educational institutions, including failure to disclose information regarding previous attendance ("false starts").

Examples of pending admissions include:

  • An applicant for admission who has not yet been either accepted or rejected for admission. 
  • An admitted applicant who has not yet enrolled and attended the institution.

Please enter the name and the date of birth of the applicant for whom you are seeking enrollment information. By entering the Social Security number, you are indicating that your inquiry meets the FERPA guideline under 34 CFR § 99.31 (a)(2) as your purpose is "related to the student's enrollment or transfer." If your inquiry does not meet this guideline, you must conduct your inquiry without using the Social Security number.

Items in red (*) are required.

For the purpose of this demonstration, you may enter any nine digits to substitute for an actual SSN, and you may enter any name.
